Love the front exterior of this house. I felt so sad when I looked at its interior. The cellar is the stuff of horror movies. Yikes. I hope someone with skill, patience, and respect can restore this forgotten gem.

At least the city has a sense of humour.! We gonna give u this ex crack house/ meth lab, but ya gotta prove you can spend twice what its ever gonna be worth in that crime infested neighborhood on it!
If I had 200k disposable, I would buy 2 of these not as screwed up in a nicer neighborhood.
This place is best suited for someone that wants to invest serious sweat equity that doesn’t have deep pockets.
