I went over and looked at the house from the outside today. The rear deck is totally rotten and detached from the house. The front deck is also badly rotted and sags entirely at about a 30 degree angle. A termite inspection is strongly encouraged. Not the greatest looking neighborhood as it borders an industrial section of the city I saw 2 boarded up homes on the block. If only it wasn’t in Illinois
