Take the Poll

Hypothetical Scenario:  You take down the kitchen ceiling to find plaster in extreme disrepair. You don’t want to take it down because it will cause a mess in the kitchen. You decide to cover it up with beadboard or a tin ceiling. Which do you choose

I think this is a great old property! I don’t understand why it’s listed as a handyman special? It looks like there’s some old carpeting that needs to be ripped out and maybe some cosmetic updating. A couple of those bedrooms are outrageous colors. Nothing a little extra paint won’t hide. I’m already looking at something in Rossiter Pennsylvania and I’m already approved for up to 50,000. But I would certainly consider this my fall back, default choice. Looks like a great old place.
