I think this is a great old property! I don’t understand why it’s listed as a handyman special? It looks like there’s some old carpeting that needs to be ripped out and maybe some cosmetic updating. A couple of those bedrooms are outrageous colors. Nothing a little extra paint won’t hide. I’m already looking at something in Rossiter Pennsylvania and I’m already approved for up to 50,000. But I would certainly consider this my fall back, default choice. Looks like a great old place.
