It would be great if this house could talk about it’s history over the last 100 plus years.When last occupied it was a rental with two units with the second unit located upstairs. Occupied until recently when Hurricane Ian dumped a large tree limb on the roof. Being sold as-is, the house needs major work thus the very low price.
