there’s a lot that could be done with a place like that to bad about the high taxes and crime rate i love that creek around back there a good place to dump things that go bump in the night also show us some of that lots of parking in the back and is that basement a walk out its a nice one lots of room for that machine shop

The taxes are only $44 a month. And the high crime area seems to be 10 mi West in Ohio. That backyard overlooks the creek in a steep valley with a huge amount of trees on both sides. I wonder where it would take you. You could commute in an inner tube in the summertime. Actually it looks too steep to walk up and down to.

I love it so much, but what are the issues truthfully? For that price there must be something seriously wrong.

so lets take a look atc osts for this home . Home price
    $33,900 . Monthly payment $276 . Loan 30-Year Fixed loan at 4.670% . Principal & Interest $140 . Property tax $124 . Home Insurance $12 . Total due at close $8,136 . Down payment (20%) $6,780
Estimated closing cost (4%) $1,356 so there you have it . it may not be 100% right. about crime i don’t look at the crime i do a profile on that city as i want to know what and who is there and crime comes from one thing people so the more people that work and pay taxes the lower the crime
