there’s a lot that could be done with a place like that to bad about the high taxes and crime rate i love that creek around back there a good place to dump things that go bump in the night also show us some of that lots of parking in the back and is that basement a walk out its a nice one lots of room for that machine shop

The taxes are only $44 a month. And the high crime area seems to be 10 mi West in Ohio. That backyard overlooks the creek in a steep valley with a huge amount of trees on both sides. I wonder where it would take you. You could commute in an inner tube in the summertime. Actually it looks too steep to walk up and down to.
