Circa 1928 Indiana Home For Sale Under $40K
OHU50K Notes $39,900
When this circa 1928 home was built, it made good company with the other upscale homes on the block. The homes still look great from the exterior, but this one could use some TLC, especially interior-wise. It could really be something special, though. The hospital is located directly behind the house, so think furnishedfinder.com.

Another beauty. This close to the hospital means noise and traffic, but I think you’d get used to that. Having the kitchen needing total renovation could be considered a plus because it’s a blank canvas. I always look on the bright side, but really, this just looks wonderful to me.

I wish when a realtor states “kitchen needing total renovation” they would also give a hint WHY. Outdated appliances? Room destroyed by fire? Serious unrepaired water leakage? Kitchen ceiling damaged by storm? Partial roof collapse? In the case of this house, what shows in the pictures of OTHER ROOMS looks promsing…

When I see the realtor say, “wear a mask,” the first thing I think is ‘mold.”
