What a magnificent house! I love that bathroom! It’s my first-hand observation that Pennsylvania is full of these gorgeous houses under $50k. I wish remote work-at-home would become the professional norm. That would allow young people to buy and restore these houses, and would solve the housing crisis that prevents young people from affording a placee of their own.
