That’s…not the ocean. Might be an inlet, but not the ocean. And it also puts the house in a flood zone. things to consider before purchase.

This might make a nice summer home for introverts. I fell down the Google rabbit hole on this one. Photos of the area are spectacular, though lots of ice in blue-sky photos tells me winter there would be maddening. I tried unsuccessfully to find elevation, but just eyeballing photos, it looks like the town is atop cliffs. It looks like the house would be safe from flooding? I think storms could get horrific though. Other property around it sells in the $100k range. There’s a church going $85k. All very interesting. Thanks for posting.
