I sure wish I could save this house from the extreme risk flood zone that it is in. I’m sure that someone out there knows how to raise it or move it, so that it can live on for hundreds of years. I can see myself living there.

This is a wonderful example of a vintage intact original Craftsman Bungalow. Praises upon the previous owners for not remuddling it.
It is a shame that there is a noisey garage for working on cars just outside to the right and the ridiculously noisey freight train tracks directly ahead under 100 feet. What a shame. Maybe someone who cannot hear will like living there, if they dont mind feeling like they are living in an industrial area.
Great house, but as they say, it is NOT ,” LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.”
