Just when I thought we’d never find one under $50K in Arizona, here pops ups a circa 1951 adobe house for $49,900 in Globe. The views are fantastic, and those cone fireplaces can be worth some money. My daughter’s friend makes his living by refinishing them and selling them from $2K to $4K. He recently sold one to singer Lana Del Rey.
