Extensive updates to the interior, including new flooring, lighting, mattresses (1 queen, 2 full, plus one twin daybed), shiplap walls in cuddy, roku televisions in aft cabin and cuddy cabin. New refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven. Also includes grill.
Raritan toilet system with newly installed type 1 purasan system with upgraded vacuflush and new water pump. No need to empty a black water tank.
Being sold as is, but happy to pass along current insurance information, and mechanic contact. Engines and generator serviced. Boat relocated successfully across the lake in spring of 2022.
Have not begun exterior updates, but all joints were sealed in 2021 with no water intrusion noted. All shore power cables, adapters, and dock lines replaced. Will likely re-list after updates to exterior are made in fall of 2022, at a higher price point. Considering sale prior due to some life changes that have resulted in less use than we had anticipated this summer.
