I went and looked at this house today. It was a great reminder of how one should ALWAYS go and see the property in person. It’s an old house, and it shows it. I guess it might suffice, for someone on a tight budget who just needs a place to live. But it definitely needs a lot of tlc. The village of Vermont is truly in the middle of nowhere, and doesn’t even have a convenience store or a gas station, and the immediately adjacent properties have lots of sheep. The garage looks to be leaning over, and on it’s way to falling down? Also, there is another lot somewhere as the neighbor asked if I was looking for it. The house sits on about an acre, and the remaining acreage is not attached. Definitely not a deal.
I was interested. Lovely place and house even with the sheep. However, would save potential buyers and owner time if the listing was more clear on property boundaries: at 0.4 acres, that’s barely enough to fit a rectangle around house, garage, and out bldg as per google maps.

Fulton County property records list the property at 0.4 acres which is less than 100’x200′ much less than the 3.75 acres the pictures portray.

The included acreage is also across the street.
