This beauty has sat for the most part untouched for about 15 years. House includes .98 acres of land or just a little shy of 1 acre .This Geodesic domes comes ordered in a kit that makes building them easier. These kits run anywhere from $30-60k. The property has a septic, water, gas and electric but none of them are hooked up or ran throughout the house, they are just to the house and available. The septic and water lines are ran into the basement. There is a bathroom plumbed with septic lines in the basement as well but nothing else was completed. The original design of the property included a full finished basement with garage, a first floor, a second floor with open balcony looking down on the first floor and a 3rd floor/ observation deck. The basement, first floor and observation deck have been built however the second floor was never completed.
Condition
This house was built very well, the entire foundation (walls and floor) is poured concrete and even on the rainiest days we have not seen any water infiltration.
There has been one or two minor roof leaks in the house but only very minor damage has occurred, the roof on the house is nearing the end of its life and will need replaced soon The inside is completely down to the studs, no wiring, water lines, gas lines or waste lines were ever ran throughout the house. This house will take a lot of work to finish however the potential for this house is amazing There is a driveway that was recently cleared from years of vegetation and tree growth, this will need a pipe placed at the bottom near the road to drain water away and the entire driveway will need graveled.
