I am imagining this fixer upper Queen Anne as a painted lady. What colors would you paint her?

She is not in the most attractive neighborhood, being opposite the police department and the supply yard for Ace Hardware, but plants and police make for good neighbors.

The real problem I have with this one, is the price. When it initially went up for sale in October of 2018, it was only $25,000. What’s with the $25K increase?

I have my eye on that mission rocker in the living room, though.
