Kindly reply asap and answer my questions regarding the sale of the above house, as below:
1) You mentioned in your ad, that the house will be sold as is. That seems to mean that it will be sold fully furnished as it looks as in the pictures.
Is that correct? Please confirm.
2) Please reconfirm the size of the land/lot belongs to this house title.
3) And please advise if the price is negotiable and what could be the best price acceptable by the owner.
I live in Singapore at this present and I intend to buy the house as a second home for my retirement times and that is why I would like to buy a place that is fully ready & fully furnished.

I love that most of this beautiful house has been left original. But it will take a lot of work to return that that has been changed back to its original state, not to mention, the work that needs to be done to the outside. I’m just can’t figure out how a 5700+ sq ft home fits on a 3700+ sq ft lot…maybe the numbers were reversed? But I do feel it is priced well, if the sq ft numbers are reversed but if they are correct something’s wrong…
