Pros- This house is restorable. Has the original woodwork in good shape including trim, floors, and doors. Already vinyl sided. Has a finished attic. Has an outbuilding in the backyard. Street is not bad.

Cons- House needs a lot of work. Roof, wiring, plumbing, etc.

Go visit the property if you wish before bidding but do not enter. I will not be answering any questions about the condition of this property. The condition is as described and pictured. No, you cannot come and move in right after you buy the property and expect it to be in perfect condition. General warranty deed will be issued.
