For Sale By Owner is a 1948 GMC Old Look Transit Bus motorhome for sale. This coach came out of the City of St. Petersburg transit fleet in the early 60’s and was converted to a motorhome at that time. Interior is original to the 60’s. Titled as a PA motorhome.

All appliances are original to that time and work well including propane refrigerator, two propane heaters, front and rear, stove, oven, and 8 track player. Onan generator is mounted underneath the coach, but not wired in. There is a shore power plug that runs the interior outlets as well as a charger/converter. 4 bunks in the rear that will sleep two each if you like each other. Dinette drops down into sleeping for two, and one can sleep on the coach. 100 gallon fresh water tank mounted underneath but not plumbed in. Engine is a Detroit 4-71, transmission is a Spicer two speed automatic. Air brakes, manual steering. This is a vintage vehicle that was built to go the distance with proper care and maintenance, and regular maintenance will be required, either by a reputable shop, which we can recommend, or by someone with a good mechanical background and tools on hand.
