Old Houses Under $50K – Too Few Pics Friday
So many old houses under $50K do not get featured here because the realtor only includes one photo. Many are too interesting to pass up. Here are some that I would love to see their interior shots.

i always wonder why they bother with just one photo-
or none. like they aren’t actually interested in selling anything.

As a Realtor I’ll tell you why only 1 picture…if it’s a rental, the renter won’t let them in to take pictures or it’s so bad inside (hoarder situation), the Realtor knows better. If it’s listed in the local MLS, it’s required to have 1 picture.
