Old store building I have on my land needs to come down. Not really interested in selling the land unless you want to give me a good deal. I am emptying it out of the old clothes in there so that will be out of the way. I am looking at later fall to winter for the tear down but could make it sooner if someone has the right interest. It has lots of old sheet metal: Roofing, siding, and ceiling tiles. I have been told the metal ceiling tiles are very valuable. Located in Jackson county TN. No trespassing, it’s dangerous and illegal. 30 to 35 from Cookeville.
