This beautiful home, built in the early 1900s, is an historical staple in Newport! It is 3 levels with the first and second level being livable living space! The third floor could be living space with some work. This home could be restored into the most beautiful home ever! The current owner has done several things to restore the home and made great improvements. The possibilities to finish it out are endless! There are gas heaters and window units to heat and cool the house. The water heater is gas. There is also a fairly new furnace that has been installed and gas lines have been run to the house. However, it is not hooked up and would require some work to be in working order.

Lower Levels

The history is evident throughout the entire home in the beautiful floors, trim, stair case, molding, ceilings, and so much more! The first floor includes a gorgeous foyer with a beautiful staircase and a fully functional wood burning fire place.
