This poor old New York schoolhouse for sale is a case of biting off more than you can chew. We showcased this property back in April 2023. It sold in August 2023 for $39,000, and the new owners began gutting it.
You can see the Before pictures from 2023 at the bottom half of the page. Back then it was a two bedroom, one bath. Today it is a called a studio, no bath. At least, it looks like they saved the original blackboards.

And the current owners think it’s worth MORE??? now? They have not added any value and made it completely uninhabitable. At least before it was minimally livable.
