Save This Old Fixer Upper Landmark on 1 Acre in Pennsylvania Under $19K

OHU50K Notes   $18,500

Save this old fixer upper. Built in the 1800s, this old fixer upper landmark desperately needs a savior. It sits on one country acre close to the road, so while I could not find the history of the place, I assume it was an old hotel or stagecoach stop. I couldn’t even find much about the small village it is located in, except that it was named for the Reid family who have family members buried in the local cemetery. Apparently, the current owner of the building was working to restore the structure, but it has a long way to go.

Realtor Comments

This Reidsburg landmark has been restored back to its original status, with modernized finishes removed. During current ownership, windows were replaced, porches rebuilt, updated with cedar siding, roof installed & concrete floors on the ground level. Are you up for the challenge of restoring this piece of history to keep its legacy alive?!
