Don’t quote me on this, but after some cursory research, I found the photo below which might be our featured home today.  It seems to have the same coordinates ~ Old Colony Road at the intersection of John Perry Road. At the time the photo was taken in 1941, the building was an antique store called The Shop, formerly the W.E. Cheeney Carriage and Casket Shop.
