According to Zillow and the plot like this place is on .45 acres not 45 acres. The realtor is not answering calls and voicemail is full. I believe this to be a misprint and agent simply forgot the decimal point.
You advertise this fixer upper on 45 acres of land at the top then change it to 1/2 acre lot. It then goes back to 45 acres. Is it because the 1/2 acre is cleared but the total land with the home is 45 acres….this post is worded wrong and confusing.
Okay lets get back to the house 8 thought on saving it. First lower the price by 20 grand! This is total redo in every room. Most of the walls need to be sheet rocked or plastered. But before you can do any of that you need a new roof. Now that kitchen is gross so that is total remodel. I am not sure of the electric but if it not 200 amp it needs to be upgraded. Bathroom total remodel! Obvious from pictures it needs new plumbing. Floors sanded and coated. Nenew kitchen and bathroom floors. Oh yeah update central hesting and air. Same time if I was restoring for myself would be restored and woodstove put in. Ceilongs would be tin. Okay those are my 8 +++++ thoughts. What are yours?

No. The realtor made an error to all the sites and recently corrected it to the actual lot size of 0.45 acres.
