Save This Old c.1928 North Carolina Craftsman Fixer Upper $59,900
OHU50K Notes $59,900
I don’t know about this old North Carolina Craftsman fixer upper. Located on a quarter acre corner lot opposite the sweetest little church and in a neighborhood of lovely homes, it is a shame this poor home has come to this. I hate to say this, but the three-bedroom, two-bath brick home just may be too far gone. Median listing price of homes in this small town is $115,000, so the $59,900 price tag of this one seems unreasonable.
