Surf Bungalow For Sale
OHU50K NOTES
Live the life in this surf bungalow near the ocean. My kids would love this. Two of them were Atlantic Ocean lifeguards at the Jersey Shore, four of them surf, and one is at the beach every day. Even at my age, I could go for this.

Casa de Figu is in the heart of downtown Mompiche. This surf compound offers a convenient stay in-town with a separate two bedroom bungalow that could provide additional income. Large primary loft with a balcony above the chef’s kitchen and comfortable living area. There is a private garden with covered patio space, an outdoor shower, additional storage for your surf boards and a coveted washer / dryer. No need for a car. Arrive & just surf. Todo bien.

Person that says crime is high should ask someone who lives there! Petty crime is main issue! Pick pockets are bad in big cities. Take precautions!

I found crime in EC to be shockingly low. My wife wasn’t concerned about walking around in Montanita in either the touristy part or the local part. I wouldn’t leave my wallet and cell phone on the table while I go to the bathroom there (or anywhere else), but a very easygoing place. Never heard a cross word. Only fight I saw was a quick snapping match between two dogs following a bitch in heat. Hoping to go back a third time.
