I think the sellers will be keeping the home in the family another 4 generations if they dont get realistic about the condition of the home! With roof, ceiling and window damage then you throw in black mold!!! Then the realtor acts like the owners are doing us a favor as they would let us do that as you know their crappy window units needs to be replaced. I laughed so hard. I think someone might pay 25k not more than that.
