OHU50K NOTES
This sweet little Tudor Revival at 312 Clay Street has been completely renovated by Habitat For Humanity and is on the market for $99,999. I believe its sister house received the same great treatment. It seems both may have originally been worker houses for one of Waterloo’s meat packing houses. I am glad the before photos (below) were included in the listing.

Cute Cute Cute! This little charmer is all totally new inside and out. Completely rehabbed by Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity and the Nazareth builders. There is nothing to worry about with this adorable bungalow which features new roof, soffit, siding, windows, electrical, plumbing, furnace, air conditioner, appliances, flooring, landscaping, and a NEW 1-stall garage. It has a comfy floor plan including a flex space for a dining or office. Downstairs it is clean and ready for you to make it your own with a family room or work out space.

Why do flippers never finish and trim out the tops of kitchen cabinetry? And it’s just as easy to pick out period style pulls versus modern ones. Dear Flippers: Spend a little bit more for quality, pretty cabinets that fit the style of the home and FINISH IT OUT and then just ask for a little bit more. You’ll get it if you do it RIGHT.
