OHU50K NOTES
This fixer was once an elegant period home, but sadly, changes have been made in the interior over the decades. The configuration of the staircase seems original, but the positioning is odd. Still, the house is a beauty just waiting for someone to love it.
Family History
George and Goldie Buffaloe lived here from the 1930s to 1940s. The Buffaloe family moved to New York State from North Carolina after the birth of their children George and Margarete. Both father and son worked in the textile industry. Weird that before the Buffaloe family moved to Camden from North Carolina, they lived in Buffalo, NY.

Wonderful fixer-upper just oozing with potential. This beautiful Victorian has original craftsmanship and extraordinary details throughout. Over 2, 500 square feet of sprawling living area with oversized rooms on every floor. First floor office that could even be used as an extra bedroom. 3 bedrooms (second floor) and 2 full bathrooms (1 on each floor). Master suit with cozy pellet stove and half bath. Is the house ‘livable’, i.e., electrical and plumbing are in working order?
