Pittsburgh is a phenomenal town, full of museums, eateries, parks, job opportunities, and people who love their town. This house is gorgeous. Those stained glass windows! Pittsburgh is a city where you can still find some good prices, so this price tag doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a “catch.” With due diligence and realistic expectations of challenges, you could get a lovely home to enjoy and feel confident it will appreciate in value.
