Here is a sweet fixer upper stone cottage on a large 2.14 acre corner lot dotted with flowering trees. I can’t resist a stone house, especially one with an arched entrance, tall chimney and some land.

I was hoping for an interior in better shape, but it does have vintage steel cabinetry. They last forever, and can be painted by the way.

The neighborhood is great, taxes are low, and the property is valued at almost $87K. I still think it is a bit high priced, especially given the fact that it was purchased in February for $62,000. Apparently, it’s a flip, but it doesn’t look like they sunk any money or work into it, so perhaps there is wiggle room in the listing price.
