4th bedroom is on 3rd floor. Huge pantry and closeted areas. The master bathroom has 3 large closets and is very open. Seller has not lived there in years. House does contain furniture and items. Unknown condition of any components. Seller will allow inspections but property will be sold As Is Where Is with no repairs. Seller does not guarantee or warrantee the house or any parts. Buyer is responsible for survey. There is some rotted wood on the front steps–be cautious.
