Realtor Comments
This beautiful circa 1900’s home is located nicely in the heart of downtown Monticello. This quaint farming community offers all of the needed amenities with the tranquil scenery of rural Maine. The home includes a first floor master suite and 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor with a story and a half in-law apartment in the back. This provides options for rental income or for mom and dad to be close by to help with the chores. Local zoning and traffic flows would offer excellent opportunity for a home occupation based business from this location. Parking, storage and a low mil rate open doors for success.

Such an unusual collection of eclectic land and buildings.
House right next to a busy road, but a very deep property.
Cool place.
