Under $100K Sunday – Circa 1923 Affordable Home in Bradford, PA $80K – Contingent
OHU50K Notes $80,000 Contingent
We could almost believe this affordable home is in England’s Midlands. The slate roof needs repairs, but the rear terrace has a view of the forested hills, and the home’s interior has a fireplace, loads of built-ins and French doors.
Realtor Comments
Lots of Character with this affordable Brick Home located near hospital, school and park. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home needs some attention but will make a good home for its new owner. Property is being sold in AS IS condition. Well built with living room, dining room, galley kitchen and half bath on first floor. Tile flooring on the rear patio off the living room. Built ins and more. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath. This is a Cash or Conventional Only sale. Garage may need to be demolished per city code due lack of use over the years and is unsafe. There are still plenty of great features to this charming home. Slate roof needs repaired or replaced. Blacktop driveway and nice backyard.

Realtor comments are copied verbatim. We would be here all day if we corrected their poor English. By the way, the comment you wrote has several grammatical errors.

I can think of a lot worse things to complain about than correct grammar…..that being said, I love the quirkeyness of this home. Wish it was closer to where I live.
