Under $100K Sunday – Circa 1930 South Carolina Handyman Special Tudor Revival
OHU50K Notes ย $89,900
Tea and crumpets anyone? This fixer upper Tudor Revival almost looks like it could be in Kent, UK.ย I say Kent, because when I went to school in England for a year after high school, my schoolmate invited me to her family home that looked much like this South Carolina Tudor Revival.

I am only interested in older homes ((pre-1900) in SC. Preferably with a minimum of 5 acres. The home does not have to be large (2bedrooms, 1 bath) but needs to be liveable with very minimal repair required.
