I like open floor plans, but this seems so wasteful. Electric heat, too! I worked on a home in Evergreen with a duplicate floor plan, I dont see the attraction. I immediately thought- i would have to make a complete 2nd floor.
I like 10-12 ft ceilings, but 25ft? Not for me, I do like the barn style, though. And lots of land is attractive as well.
