While the realtor’s build date of 1853 seems a bit too early for this home, like it or not, we have to credit the owners with their courageous use of color.  The whimsical Victorian features a stand-out staircase, stunning fireplace mantel, hardwood floors, stained glass and so much more. I couldn’t find the home’s earliest history, but working backwards from the 1980s, the home served as Lilliput The Kids Place shop. Previous to that, the home was owned by Fred and Bertha Pedrone from the 1950s to around 1980. Fred owned a dry cleaners, and the couple raised their five children in this house, and enjoyed visits from their 16 grandchildren. The Pedrone family was very active in their church.
