Fenced in yard, remodeled kitchen, beautiful woodwork, purchased with intention to fix up the unfinished side. A few shingles need replaced. The two halves of the house share only the attic (3rd floor). The unfinished side is completely gutted. The third floor has several floor joists that will need to be replaced. Add another 4600 sq ft for usuable basement and attic space! We love the house, we love the neighbors, however we’re being called to do something else. Serious inquiries only.
