c.1820 Fixer Upper Farm House For Sale on 3 Acres in Summerfield, OH

OHU50K NOTES
This stately colonial sits high on a hill. Try as I might, I could not track down the history of this one. Built around 1820, it is likely the farmhouse had a lot more acreage than it does now. I attempted to figure out the location by the map below, and my best guess is that this was the W. Kennedy farm. It probably looked much like the illustration below. A new owner could sell their produce at the road, as a more recent farm stand is located at the bottom of the hill. See the Youtube video link here.

Hi there! I lived in this house with my family from 1997-2001( when I went off to college) and the rest of my family lived there until 2008ish. There is original horsehair mortar in the hallway downstairs by the front door, there were beautiful hardwood floors outside the top of the staircase leading to the bedrooms upstairs. I know it’s silly, but I can also confirm a couple ghosts( physically saw one myself) and heard another a few times walking around( or making walking around noises) upstairs. There was a beautiful gazebo in the back of the house that was unfortunately torn down as well as a great porch in front and the back of the home. There is a sinkhole( unless it somehow filled in) in the front yard and to the right if you were walking out from the front of the house. This house had a lot of great woodwork but from some pictures it looks like someone watched a lil too much flip or flop and tried to do too much.
