There are 9ft ceilings downstairs and 8ft up, 3 walk in closets, (one is cedar), a beautiful wood banister along the staircase and a walk-up attic that could be renovated for more living space.

Wow, just beautiful! I love their kitchen remodel. I live near Titusville. It’s a very pretty town, and that region in PA has lots of nature recreation and arts venues. Moving to PA from FL, I did get shocked by the more complicated bureaocracy of doing nearly anything, plus more taxes. On the plus side, though; these old houses are so common here that it is a snap finding handymen and repair/service professionals who undestand how to work with them. My experience is that there is sort of an unofficial fan club around old houses among the folks who work on them. It’s been really nice.
