Family History
Built in the 1800s, this historic home once sat on a farm that is now known as Plym Park. At the turn of the century through the 1940s, the home was owned by the Schmidt family. Charles Schmidt opened a retail meat business on the northeast corner of Forth and Wayne originally known as Schmidt Meat Packing Company. He resided in the home on Pokagon Street with his wife Freida Bohn Schmidt and their children Eviline, Lillian, Vera and Florence.

Niles is not violent at all. The crime is 10 miles away near Notre Dame University.

I really like this house! But it really needs a little more land, no off street parking is a real deal breaker.
