The setting of this fixer upper on 1.76 is lovely, just around the corner from Red Licks Lake. It’s a c.1920 cottage with a lot of curb appeal that needs plenty of work. Despite the unpainted exterior and the mess inside, I am drawn to it. It looks lonely.

I do, however, have a problem with the price. It was listed at $29,900 in November of 2018. Now is not the time to increase the price. Well, at least there should be plenty of wiggle room when a buyer negotiates.
