The realtor calls this fixer upper a dogtrot house, but I can’t find any indications that the home ever was a dogtrot. The 2008 Google Map does not indicate it either. It certainly is not a dogtrot now.  What it is is a farmhouse that needs work that is situated on a 1+ acre lot.
