Virginia fixer upper

c.1916 Virginia Fixer Upper Multi-Family Home Under $45K

OHU50K Notes $44,500

The two bedroom, two bath Virginia fixer upper has a wrap-around porch, red metal roof, some old fireplace mantels, a shed and a 0.44 acre lot.  The buyer was not able to perform, so the home is back on the market.

The house is located in a town in south-central Virginia, near the North Carolina border. The city is characterized by rolling hills, forests, and the scenic Dan River, which offers opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing and boating.

Historically, the city’s economy relied heavily on tobacco and textile industries. However, like many similar cities in the region, it experienced a decline in manufacturing in the latter half of the 20th century. In recent years, the city has made efforts to diversify its economy, focusing on sectors such as healthcare, education, and advanced manufacturing.
