Rock home constructed somewhere in the 1930’s (estimated by seller) and sits on 1 + acre corner lot with gorgeous shade trees. Owner had installed several storm windows in the past. On Pier and Beam, gas stove, large utility room, composition roof. Barn with 220 plug, 2 meters and location is about a mile to Cherokee County Airport basically between Jacksonville and Rusk so if you work either place pretty much same distance to work. Home needs some TLC but affordable to do your own upgrades and remodel. Owner motivated and will look at all offers.

Cute place! Hey, I have a request: maybe it’s too much trouble, but if not, would you mind listing the city/town along with the state in the caption on these? It would make it so much easier as we’re searching. I know that a few have the town listed as well, but it seems that often they don’t, so we have to then click on each home and scroll down to find out that it’s a town that maybe we’re not interested in for one reason or another. I hope you’ll consider it, and thanks so much for providing such a wonderful service, we do appreciate it! 🙂

I see where you are coming from, but business-wise, that is not a good move for me.
