It’s a large, well built period piece from back in the day with original woodwork, stained glass, plaster crown moldings, 10′ ceilings, over sized rooms, double interior staircases, walk up attic and once had 3 fireplaces (now covered over. This home can be a magnificent single or a high end 2 family with rents at $1, 000-$1, 200 for each apt. when completed. It is currently set up as a duplex with a kitchen and bath on each floor. Updated/remodeling needed. Corner lot with a 1 car garage with plenty of off street parking and a swing size front porch.

Ooohh….I like it either way. Was happy to see that they did not get rid of that oven/stove and the sink in the laundry room. The stairs and super gorgeous.

Wow! I remember looking at the pictures in 2020 and thinking, “If only….” Wonderful job- so nice to see such a rare gem restored to it’s former glory!! I also love that they did not give in to the temptation to overdo….Lovely!
