Here’s the Before and After of this c.1928 home. OHU50K featured it on an Under $100K Sunday last year. It sold in October 2021 for $85,000, was flipped and sold again for $215,000. It almost looks like the after photos were taken in black and white, not color. Your opinion?

Nope not taken in black and white! They just did everything in ugly CHEAP gray! I preferred it before. Not into all the cheap gray laminate flooring , carpets, wall paint or kitchen cabintets. But hey if you 100k profit its what you do.

Why the heck is the siding horizontal and vertical?! It looks so weird. And I agree, I’m tired of grey everything. It’s too dark and dingy.
