I had to chuckle at the realtor’s opening line in his description, “The town of Jefferson is buzzing!” I know Jefferson. We almost purchased a house there. Close enough to the NYC to find a buyer with $, look at those high taxes before reno work. It might be a small farming town but it looks like they want the city folk to come visit the area. FYI, I know the area those visits are keeping the area alive and kicking.
