Save This Old c.1895 Ohio Victorian Fixer Upper Reduced to Under $17K
$19,000 Reduced to $16,400
Ohio Victorian fixer upper for sale has three bedrooms, one bath, unpainted woodwork, and hardwood floors. It is always so sad to see a home that once held so much life, come to this, weather beaten and in such a condition. But don’t overlook the imbricated shingles and fancy corbels and gable window trim that once made the Kashefski family proud. I hope the house is saved so that Mr. Kashefski’s hard work to keep this roof over this large brood doesn’t go to waste, as of now, this house is condemned.

This has to be Norman Bates’ old house! I can see his mother in her rocking chair in the window.
