Recently remodeled this amazing raised ranch is perfectly situated in a secluded area of Mahoningtown. Close to everything however it feels like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy the large back patio looking out to the densely wooded back yard. You will enjoy listening to the song birds and watching the ever so curious squirrel family jump from tree to tree. The first floor of this home offers a large living room with balcony, large eat in kitchen, full bath and small bedroom. The lower level walks out to the front of the home and offers a large master bedroom, powder room and super spacious laundry/storage room that could be finished into a game room or family room.

OHU50K NOTES
Built in 1900, this fixer upper has the potential to be an adorable little house. The exterior second floor porch gives the home almost a southern feel. The interior lacks character, but someone with vision could infuse that charm back in.

This is not a good flip. Ceilings do not look like they did a good job repairing and painting them, the kitchen is incomplete, and the HVAC in the basement wasn’t replaced but badly repainted. What exactly would make this home now magically worth almost $30k more than it did before the flip? It doesn’t look much better than it originally did. They only painted the walls and changed the flooring in some areas. But… what do I know.
